Guy Dymschiz photo

Guy Dymschiz – Founder/CEO

Guy Dymschiz is the co-founder, managing director and a member of the board of directors of DH Group, which has been operating since 1998.

He was born in Germany and currently lives in Budapest with his wife and their two children.

He graduated from the Tel-Aviv University in legal studies and obtained an LL.B. degree. Following his studies, he worked as a lawyer, gaining expertise primarily in corporate law, M&A, shareholder agreements, as well as the financial and capital markets.

He currently serves as CEO, overseeing the group’s day-to-day operations.

Doron Dymschiz photo

Doron Dymschiz – Founder

Doron Dymschiz founded Duna House in 1998 with his brother, Guy, building it into one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest real estate and consumer finance groups, now listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange. He is an economist with an MBA and has been recognized among the Top 50 most influential figures in Hungarian real estate for several consecutive years, as well as the Top 100 in the CEE region. Born in Germany in 1972, Doron lives in Budapest with his wife and three children, focusing on sustainable growth, integrity, and shaping the future of real estate in Europe.

Dániel Schilling photo

Dániel Schilling – CFO

Dániel Schilling graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2008, after which he worked in Barcelona in the post-merger integration team of Zurich Financial Services AG for a year and a half.

Starting in 2009, he worked for Concorde Corporate Finance on international and domestic acquisitions and capital market transactions. Starting from October 2017, he first led the Company’s investor relations and m&a areas and then, from August 2018 continued his activities as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

He has been a member of Duna House Holding Nyrt.’s Board of Directors since April 2019. Daniel has been awarded the CFO of the Year in 2020.

Jenő Nagy Dr. 

After earning his degree at the Department of Chemistry at Eötvös Loránd University, Dr. Jenő Nagy obtained his PhD at Queen's University in Canada in 1995. He later earned financial analyst certifications from both EFFAS and CFA Institute. He began his career as a marketing and investment analyst at NN Insurance, then joined ING Group’s asset management arm as an equity portfolio manager, eventually becoming Chief Investment Officer in 2011. He continued his career at Accorde Fund Management Ltd. as a portfolio manager and has supported DH Group as a Board Member since 2018.

Károly Redling – Chairman of Supervisory Board

Károly Redling graduated as economist, certified public accountant but has also got a postgraduate legal degree in economics. During his studies he spent a year as an apprentice in the Italian centre of the American Express Company and later pursued postgraduate studies in Milano.

In recent years he has been managing the Corporate Business Development Department of Erste Bank, previously he was director of the Municipality Department of the Bank. Earlier he held manager positions at Centrál Csoport, K&H Bank, Magyar Takarékszövetkezeti Bank, Inter Európa Bank and EMFESZ Kft., where he obtained experience in corporate finance, in coordination of the operation of subsidiaries, client acquisition, portfolio management, exploration and financing of municipality acquisition opportunities.

He makes use of his more than 20 year-experience in finance and business at FŐGÁZ Zrt., where he is deputy CEO and he is also responsible for the Financial and Procurement Management, the Information Technology and Facility Management and the Controlling Department.

György Martin Hajdu Dr.

György Martin Hajdu Dr has a more than 25-year professional experience, is a recognized financial expert. He worked in the banking sector for 12 years. First he worked for BNK‐KH‐Dresdner Bank in structured financing, later as corporate financial advisor at MeesPierson Euramerica, then as senior partner at Concorde Group. He played a leading role in several major national stock exchange introduction, buy-out and venture capital investment transactions.

At present he is a freelance, he does corporate and management coaching, besides he is a sought after financial consultant. He is honorary docent of Corvinus University of Budapest, where he teaches applied company evaluation for graduate students. He graduated from the Marx Károly University of Economics in 1987 and during 1987‐88 he studied finance in Oxford with a Soros grant and became a PhD in 1993. He lives in Budapest with his family.

Kálmán Nagy

Kálmán Nagy graduated from the Budapest University of Economics in 1993. Since 1996 he has been working for  Concorde and Concorde MB Partners as a transaction advisor, and is currently a Managing Partner of CMBP. During his career he was involved in a number of IPOs, M&A and capital raising campaigns.

He is a member of the Issuers' Committee and the Exchange Advisory Board of the Budapest Stock Exchange and a member of the Board of Directors of Hold Fund Management Ltd.

Ferenc Máté photo

Ferenc Máté – Country Manager, Hungary

Ferenc Máté, economist, is a member of the board of directors at Duna House Holding Plc. and the country manager overseeing DH Group's operations in Hungary.

He earned his Master's degree in Economics (MSc) from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration, and in 2005, he obtained an international auditor qualification (ACCA). Since 2011, he has been a member of the FCCA, and he has been a registered auditor in Hungary since 2009.

He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, then worked as chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO) at the Promix Group. In 2008, he joined the DH Group as CFO, and following the company's stock exchange listing in 2015, he was appointed to the board of directors and named country manager for Hungary.

He served for several years on the board of both the European and Hungarian Franchise Associations, and he is currently a member of the Ethics Committee of the latter. He is a regular speaker at professional conferences and panel discussions, where he shares his insights on the future of the franchise, real estate, and financial sectors.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and four children, and is an active and enthusiastic player of padel.

Letterio “Terry” Morabito – Country Manager, Italy

With a thirty-year career in the credit and financial services industry, he has successfully led the growth of several major players in the Italian credit brokerage sector. He currently serves as CEO of HGroup S.p.A., an Italian holding company fully owned by Duna House Holding Nyrt., a publicly listed group on the Budapest Stock Exchange. He is also Chairman of the Board of Credipass S.r.l., one of Italy’s leading credit brokerage firms, and Country Manager for Italy within the DH Group.

As Country Manager, he is responsible for representing the Group on the Italian market and aligning the local strategy with the broader corporate vision. His role includes overseeing all operational, commercial, and regulatory activities of the Italian subsidiaries, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with the Group’s international leadership, and ensuring value creation through sustainable and scalable business models.

He began his professional journey from the ground up, taking on every type of role—from back-office operations to sales, and becoming an entrepreneur and senior executive. This hands-on experience has given him a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of the business and enabled him to develop both vertical expertise and strong cross-functional skills.

Over the years, he has held key positions in companies such as Prestasì, Credion, Neos Finance (part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group), and CitiFinancial (a Citi Group Company), gaining extensive experience in management, business development, and strategic leadership.

At Credipass, he played a pivotal role in building a network of over 750 professional consultants across the country and successfully integrating innovative technologies and omnichannel approaches. His ongoing mission is to connect people, expertise, and opportunities while promoting sustainable and inclusive innovation in credit and insurance sectors.

He holds a Law degree with honors from the University of Messina and is a licensed attorney. He is fluent in English and has a deep knowledge of the regulatory and operational dynamics of the financial sector.

Marta ŻÓŁKOWSKA photo

Marta Żółkowska – Country Manager, Poland

Marta Żółkowska is an experienced manager with an extensive background in trade, marketing, and sales management.

She graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), Faculty of Foreign Trade, and from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), Faculty of Animal Breeding, Genetics, and Bioengineering.

She gained her first professional experience in Switzerland, working as a Project Manager at a market research company. Subsequently, she joined the food industry, taking a position at Hortex Holding as a Product Manager, where she managed the juice and beverages category.

After several years, she changed industries, starting her career in services sales management. As a Sales Director and Member of the Management Board, she co-authored the success of one of the largest life insurance brokers in Poland, contributing to its dynamic growth. Within this role, she was also responsible for the company's expansion into Eastern markets, developing the sales of life insurance in Russia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.

In 2016, she joined DH Group as Country Manager. She is responsible for the development of the Group's operations in Poland, including the management and expansion of the brands Metrohouse, Credipass, and Primse.com.

Gergő Bíró photo

Gergő Bíró – CTO

He has been dedicated to various development projects for over 25 years, with a particular interest in robotics and IoT that first emerged at an early age. As a computer science student at the Faculty of Informatics, Eötvös Loránd University, he delved deeply into both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.

In 2006, he founded his first company, specializing in the development of mobile, web-based, and enterprise resource planning systems. Among his clients were both private companies and government organizations.

In 2013, he joined Duna House, where he gained experience across the full spectrum of software development—from web system development to roles as lead developer, software architect, and project manager. From 2016, he led the development of the group’s central enterprise resource planning system, and starting in 2021, as Head of Development, he oversaw the transformation and quality enhancement of both development and operations.

Since 2023, he has served as the international CTO of the DH Group. His key responsibilities include designing and representing the IT strategy, as well as integrating artificial intelligence across the group's organizations. He supervises and manages the IT departments operating in each country, with the goal of ensuring technological cohesion and innovation across all levels of the company group.
